Short-hansded, full-table and 1-on-1 heads-up play can be found. Stakes range from the smallest at $0.10/$0.20 up to $50/$100 in Fixed Limit and $1,000/$2,000 in No-Limit games. Blackjack is also available, as well as a Casino version of the site.

Competition is generally fast with skilled players found throughout the tournaments, especially at higher stakes and levels. Softer competition can be found at lower limit tables and cheap buy-in tournaments. The average viewed-flop percentage hovers around 40-50% in Texas Hold'Em games.

The rake maxes out at $3, but the percentage taken can get rather steep depending on the size of the pot, averaging anywhere from 10% on a pot of $4 to 1.5% on a pot of $200. The number of players, size of the pot in reference to the big blind and type of game limit all effect the rake taken. The tighter one plays, the lower rake they are likely to lose.

Poker Room runs consistently good promotions. Currently offered is WSOP Qualifying and a weekly Team Poker Room Final, both awarding seats in the 2007 WSOP.
